first let's open an "elevated Powershell window as administrator" once you've got that open go ahead and execute "set-executionpolicy remotesigned" it might ask if you want to change the execution policy just type "A" and hit enter
go ahead and exit the Powershell window now head over to the "Install Certificate" folder
right click on "Install Certificate.ps1" and select "open with Powershell" you might be prompted again to execute the script just type "A" and hit enter
