For Pico Day this year I drew Pico in a N64/SM64 kind of style! I did this last night and honestly, I really love working with this kind of style and using my knowledge of how old games work to my advantage! I even made all of the "textured" areas pixelated to emulate the N64s limited textures.
I'm including Friday Night Funkin tags as thats where I got the referenced design from.
