I didn't win that DTA, but I really liked the personallity I had given the character
So here's the new design for Tim. I kept the cat mask, I hope that's alright

Description: He badly burned his face and torso when he was just 4 years old. He is very insecure and wears a mask to hide his face. He was bullied a lot because of how he looks. because of this, he tries to get everyone to like him and acts diffent depending on who he's with. He will rarely tell anyone how he truly feels. All the stress and insecurities cause him to be fragile and sick quite often.
