Description
"Ice Crystals" (or they look like reflective ice crystals to me!). I used this "ice berg" stock that I created for a background (I created it from a cloud png using various effects, filters and a pinch to get the "ice berg" look). I put a gradient I made as a background then partially painted on the left and used a large, low-opacity eraser and smudge tool to finish the look.
