Anywho, onto the changes. Clothing is much better in the after to the prior, and hair has better form. but what happened to his legs (bad joke is bad but made me laugh)

As I have said, you have a potential to be better in the future You already have a good starting point, polish it well, and you'll shine don't limit yourself only making one by one character, try to draw many characters on one canvas and let your composition skill arrange it. overall pretty nice and significant improvement
