They had just gotten to the very last step of the dance as the taller counterparter slipped a knife out from his pants pocket and swung it around the Dense Melan conductor so the cold steel of the sharp knife met his cheek, a slight pain creeping up on his spine as it was pressed against.
"Emiliano, dearrrr friend, as much as Ah've enjoyed ourrr little moment," The counterpart Conductor spoke up in a soft, deep voice as the knife the melan hold got a sudden grip from the other bird, "Ah sadly have to end it, herrre and now,". A laugh escaped through a huge smirk of snappy teeth.

Roderick grabbed onto the knife that Emiliano held to, tightening the grip as the knife cut deep into both of their hands, red liquid streaming down their palms and the metalic smell hitting the melan's nose and made him slightly sick. If Emiliano had never experienced true fear, he did now.
The owl band kept on playing the classic dance songs as the birds went in for the end as Roderick was just about to drop Emiliano, he spoke the words that Emiliano never thought he would ever hear from his own alt version; "Seems like the dance is overrrrr. Knife knowing ya~"

The lights went out.
A yell of agony echoed through the room as a heavy body and a item made of metalic hit the stage floor.
It became quiet....
Too quiet.

Roderick (yellow cond) is a counterparter to Emiliano (dense melan cond), same Conductor guy, just a whole different personality and backstory. We've gotten way too much into this AU by now so it's hard to explain haha.
