Ryan aka Dr. Matthews was a doctor in his mid 30's. Not many people new about his practice, but the people that did go to his practice loved him. He was a great doctor and could pick up on anything almost immediately. On top of people loving, him he loved himself. His fiancee was beautiful, very kind, and loving. 1 month later, people found his practice and realized how great of a doctor he was and they continued to go to him. One day though Ryan, saw an odd patient. He was suffering symptoms he had never seen before. He checked him out, and sent him to the emergency room. Being the last patient of the day, he decided to go with to see what was going on. The receivers allowed Ryan to ride in the back of the ambulance with his patient. The patient grabbed Ryan and said "I've been sent to give you this disease, minus the dying part. That was my job. I'm going to die at the hospital." Ryan thought to himself 'What the fuck is that supposed to mean is this guy having delusions?' Ryan shook this off as they got to the hospital, and he was taken back to his practice to get his car and go home. His fiancee was gone for the weekend so he slept in the bed. He continued to think about what the patient said. After a while, he shook it off and fell asleep.

When he feel asleep, the transformation started. First, his hair lengthened. Next, his face aged 15 years, and it showed he was around 47. Third, his body changed shape completely, it went from his in shape body to a 47 year old woman's out of shape body. After that, his chest started to pulsate and swell.
