Some Bokeh brushes i made. There are 6 in total.

If the brushes don't scatter like they should, you could try the following settings:

Brush tip shape-> Spacing 100%
Shape Dynamics-> Size Jitter 100%
-> Minimum diameter 50%
Scattering -> Scatter (both axis) 1000%
-> Count 5
-> Count Jitter 98%
Transfer -> Opacity Jitter 50%
-> Flow Jitter 50%
