The intent was to get the entire piece done this way, but I'm not good enough to pull off everything I can see in my head.

Oh yeah, unusual resolution, I know, but sometimes it's good to be a little out there.
As always, the lineart and effects were mostly done in paint. Gif Movie Gear was used to do a little cropping and to get the dithering effects in there. Muahaha!
