Seriously though, Leafeon has those buds sprouting right out of its ankles. It's just asking for some mischievous tickler to use them for nefarious purposes (and yes, I know Leafeon can't actually learn Vine Whip, Ingrain or any other move that would imply those buds are prehensile or extendable - still, as far as I am concerned, they are).
Anyway, I first came up with this idea back when drawing that earlier Leafeon pic; I decided it'd be too detailed for pixel art and then... kinda left it in the back of my mind until returning for it now. For the tickler, I was split between Mew, Espeon or Farigiraf, but ultimately decided Espy would be easier of three to draw.
