Withered Mario is the secondary antagonist of Five Nights at Sonic's 2 , alongside his robotic counterpart,Toy Mario .

Withered Mario is the withered version of Clone Mario in 2017 after the events of FNaS 1. Just like the other clones, staying unused and trapped in a small storage room. One day, Clone Yoshi , for unknown reasons, got very angry. This caused her to slam Mario's face into a turned-on stove, melting his face, eyes, and his nose off. His arm got infected, so Yoshi had to cut it off for protection.

Withered Mario is a heavily beaten-down version of Mario, being in the worst conditions; compared to the other withered clones. He's missing half of his left arm since it got infected, and most of the upper portion of his face, exposing his skull with red dots for pupils. He also has bloody spots, cuts, and blemishes, and several rips on his clothes.
Apart from his blue cape being missing, his ears are bent, with blood on them. The letter "M" on his hat is a little thinner, as there's blood around his hat. Sticky blood-lines are going around his skull, and blood is leaking out of it, as well as out of his right arm.
