Replacement for the original Photoshop CS6 Splash Screen.WORKS ONLY FOR Photoshop CS6 EXTENDED.
I am Windows user and I don't know how to use this *.DLL file on Mac OS,
maybe it is even the same way and if so, then DO IT ON YOUR OWN RISK.
INSTURCTION:
1) Download *.rar archive
2) Extract archive
3) Find PSArt.dll in your Photoshop CS6 installation directory
4) MAKE A BACKUP OF ORIGINAL PSArt.dll
5) Put downloaded PSArt.dll in the Photoshop installation folder instead of original one
6) Enjoy

This would be even better if it were Mac supported, but great job anyways ^^
Mac actually uses a different format, and Photoshop uses an even MORE different one. .dll's are Windows native.

ive seen someone editing their own customed splash screen. how can i do that?
(for example the 'blend' it with cartoon)

You should work for adobe, this splash screen is A LOT better than the original one, really, a LOT better.
