UPDATE: Unfortunately I no longer wish to draw Lion King style art, in-part due to some nasty elements of the fandom. However instead of hiding or deleting my art, I chose to keep it up, so at least people can still view it. If you are interested in my latest artwork you can find some below; just please note if you watch me, I will not be drawing TLK any more.

Her face shape is a lot more rounder and shorter. She looks a lot like Sarabi :0

Wow! This is amazing! Now usually when artists try to draw SP Nala they always get her colors and face wrong bc it's so different from the original, but you've drawn her PERFECTLY! Great job, my friend! She's beautiful! And Kiara is soooo cute!

Actually if you look slosely in the first movie (and pause it occassionally on close ups) Nala had both green and blue eyes, they changed in different scenes. (which can actually happen in real life with different lighting) I'm guessing the animators of the second film weren't so creative and thats why her eyes were permanently blue :/

My personal theory is she got smacked in her eyes; A serious trauma like that can change your eye colour (as well as hair/fur colour). She was blind for a bit but her eyes healed in the end with her getting blue eyes and her getting a golden coat due to stress.
