Description
1) In my shinverse, Felix (the small black cat guy) is kinda the one who brought everyone together in the sense of a sorta family unit?? He has a lot of time to see all kinds of worlds, so like what Mickey did with the house of mouse he finds ways to bring his friends from other worlds together. Lin Chung’s home is in an alternate dimension from Earth, which also applies to Felix bc him, Lin, and Lupin are all from separate versions of Earth each. It was a series of shenanigans both when Felix first met First Squad and when Lupin’s gang met First Squad, Felix bc he helped them take on some baddies and Lupin’s gang bc they were stealing from East Citadel and creating chaos while trying to get back home.
It took some time for all three to be cool with each other (the exception being Felix and Lin bc clicked pretty quickly) but now they’re three of the adults the kids of Shinverse can look to
Lin is responsible and protective, Felix is responsible but also a bit of a wild man, and Lupin is…well, an active criminal who’s not always the best influence but who also cares about general safety
2) a lot of shinverse lore currently is focused on how clone kids adapt to both modern times and the existence of people like Felix and Lin. The main clone of focus is JFK. This drawing is him and Felix meeting for the first time at 2 AM after JFK bailed him out of the new shadowy figure base of operations without knowing he’d be going in that night to make a “people heist”
3) Lupin is THE fun uncle, which doesn’t always end well but it’s still clear that he cares.
