Description
When Monsters or Magicians die, they turn into star particles. Star particles can enter ones bloodstream and endow them with magical abilities. When these people, 3rd class Magicians (magicians created unnaturally), have children, they end up with 2nd class magicians (half-blooded magicians). So on and so forth. Dr. Kaufmann is a class 0, having killed some mutated monsters and being born as a first class.
