Since Kara said in S2 she'd flown to Lena's office on a bus, I've been dying to actually see them in a bus. We saw them getting out of a bus, but were robbed the actual ride!

Here's the context of the scene (for people who haven't watched S5):

Kara can't use her powers and travels by bus with Lena across the city. The situation is tense, they had a big argument months earlier and haven't spoken since. But understanding that Lex (Luthor-Lena's brother) is about to execute a plan he's been preparing for months, Lena went to offer help to Kara to arrest Lex. Lena apologized, but Kara is still in too much pain to forgive. But she accepts Lena's help because she's the only one who can stop Lex.

This scene is the one that doesn't exist in the episode, the bus ride where they are tense, uncomfortable, and don't dare to look at or talk to each other. During this painful journey, they sit with their dark thoughts, while fearing what awaits them.
