Description
Whilst sneaking into Dr. Tombskull's fortress, Captain Cartoon has gotten caught red handed by The Cyber knights along with the Cyber General. Asking for orders from their master, Tombskull orders them to take Capt. Cartoon to be dipped!This was made back in 2016 with a brand new design to Captain Cartoon.
