As odd as it may seem to tackle one of the railroad characters from Tugs, I'd figured to give a take on Puffa! The way I'd tackled him, was make him a little anthropomorphized as his face is more or less based on the 2019 Casey Jr. from Tim Burtons "Dumbo", only his marker lights act like his eye's and the railings on his face make a mouth of sorts. He's even got his railroads name on his tanks Labeling as B.A.C.C (Bigg Apple City Central) as a reference to Bigg City Port's more or less unofficial name I kind of made up to fit the location it's based in. (As the Brooklyn/Manhattan bridge is in some of the shots throughout the 13 episodes) All in all I'm not too happy with this, and I might do a possible revisit sometime soon! What are your thoughts on this?
