A little scene from 's Tales From The Scrap Siding 2: The Killdane Experiment.

Edward explains to James, his crew, and a young university student what they saw at the scrapyard last night was a ghost engine known as the Killdane Experiment and about what happened back in 1966 as to how this ghost engine came to be. He even tells them about his encounter back during that time when he delivered a train of petrol for the generates and since then after it was scrapped, the Killdane Experiment roams the scrapyards seeking for their end to come, but it never will.
