This is amazing! The view of the destruction of the city leaves it up to the viewer to decide whether it is either erupting or being decimated from the heavens. When I looked at this it reminded me a little bit of the book Fahrenheit 451's ending. One of the things you did here is that at first glance the city is being destroyed, but as you look at the people you see that they are also trapped in the destruction, as their legs are buried in the sand. Great work!
