Since 2020 has been a terrible year, Sunset and I decided it was best to share with you all some of our favorite moments from 2019. Ever since my ugly divorce in 2016, Sunset has been a very loyal friend and by 2017, she's been a wonderful girlfriend. On the second weekend of August, Sunset and I took some time off from our workplaces to visit my old hometown, and to take part in some big events. Before that trip, I had been thinking about taking my relationship with Sunset to the next level. In other words; Marriage. So on the first night of our trip, we went out to my favorite all you can eat restaurants, and before we went up, I stood in front of her, and after a bit of nervousness, I was able to get down on my knee, pull out the ring box, open it and say to her; 'Sunset Shimmer, will you Marry me?'. With tears flowing from her eyes, she looks at me with the most beautiful smile on her face and replies with; 'Yes, of course I'll marry you'. This is followed by a kiss on the lips, a hug and placing the ring on her finger.
Since that time though, although Sunset and I got married in January, the restaurant where I proposed to her has closed down forever. But as she told me the other night; 'It's not the place, but the memories we share together'. I can't argue with her on that.

Nice little story eh? It's a little something I had been thinking about writing up, but could never really come up with more than two plots for the series, or how to begin it, so after much time, I decided to draw up the scene and write up a little story for it, much like I did with the previous Sunset Shimmer and Blue Ink picture. I hope you enjoyed this one, and rest assured, I will draw up more scenes featuring these two.
