This scene is inspired by a moment from a novel I wrote up several years ago which was a crossover between Tokyo Mew Mew and my fan-made series 'My Kinda Life'. Deep Blue has been brought back to life and now the mew mews have to protect the citizens of another Tokyo in a different world from his power. I may rewrite the novel in the future, but we'll have to wait and see. Oh and if you're wondering about Zoey's pony tails and weapons, in the story, her powers have evolved and now she's more powerful than ever and is in control of her powers.
