I had just been laying on my couch, feeling quite bored when I received a package. I slowly got up and took it inside, noting how light it was for a big package. I set it down on the table and eagerly opened it up, hoping to find something inside to spend at least some time on. Inside was an ancient looking book that was thicker than my table. There was also a note sitting behind it.

Hey dude. I found this cool book online and got you a copy. It's a spellbook, and there's so many useful things inside! Hope you get a good use out of it!

It was from my friend Caleb who lived downtown from where I was. A spellbook? That sounded ridiculous. It actually gave me quite a laugh. I opened it up and found one titled, "Redneb Redneg." It was complete gibberish for sure, but I decided why the hell not. I spoke the words and nothing changed. I looked outside and everything seemed to be normal. I waved to one of my neighbors and it went like a normal exchange. I decided that this definitely was fake and put it back in the box, laughing. As I did everything seemed to be getting a bit bigger, but I hardly noticed. I went back to laying on the couch and just started watching YouTube. I looked towards the other end of my couch and it seemed like there was more space than before. I kept my focus on more important things however, like the 1 hour long YTP I'd just found. What a collab. That must have been quite the undertaking. I thought to myself. I went to scratch my stubble, but it felt surprisingly smooth. That must have been a really good shave I got. But something else was off as well. My fingers looked really small all of a sudden. It must just be how far my phone is from me. I moved it a little closer and everything seemed fine. There was a weird smoothness to my legs as I shifted them a bit on the couch, and it felt like there wasn't as much weight to them. I started to get worried that maybe something WAS happening to me, but I tried to relax and remind myself that the spellbook was fake. That became very hard to believe as my shoulders definitely got narrower and nail polish appeared out of nowhere on my hand. I quickly got up and noticed that my fridge was much taller than me now. I must've shrunk down to 5'2"! I'm normally 6' and have some height on my fridge, but now I have to jump to reach the top of it. I looked down and the hair on my legs was completely gone, and the silver nail polish that was applied to my fingers was also on my toes. My thighs appeared to have also gotten thicker while I was surveying my height, and along with that my butt and hips grew wider and bigger. I could see the transformation now and it freaked me out. My stomach looked like it got crushed under a weight and my waist seems to have grown smaller as well. I could feel the area between my legs reforming, and I checked, so I can officially say I'm a woman. Holy crap! My face started to feel very off, with things growing and shrinking in different places, and I could feel lipstick on my lips. My Adam's apple disappeared, and when I told myself I needed to hurry to the bathroom, I heard a girl speaking my very words. I slipped almost immediately due to my new balance, and as I started to get up my nipples swelled to what I thought was a DD size. When I finally made it to the bathroom and looked in the mirror, I saw my blonde hair shoot down to the middle of my back and shift to a bright blue color. That seemed to be the end of my transformation, but then my clothes started to change. My shirt changed to a sky blue tank top and a bra was placed behind it. I tried to save my favorite pants, but they shifted in my hands, turning into a black skirt and stockings. Finally, a pair of headphones went over my ears. I stared at this girl in the mirror, shocked. She moved when I moved; copied everything I did. It was unreal. I was scared of what had happened, but I had to admit one thing: I looked hot. I posed a few times, and I realized that life may not be so bad as a girl. I felt this sudden urge to text Caleb, and I started getting attracted to him. I denied it at first, but then I couldn't help myself. This transformation is changing my feelings too. I still wanted to know how this happened however, so that's what I texted him. "Wow, you look amazing!" He said in reaction to a photo I sent him, saying it was me. I started to ask him how this happened, but curiosity got the best of me, and I instead asked, "really? You think so?" He responded with, "Yeah, totally! I never imagined you'd look this good as a girl, or that you'd use the gender swapping spell in that book." Wait, did the book cause this? "I don't remember using a gender swapping spell. Just one called Redneb Redneg." "Dude. They're backwards. If you switch em around, they spell Gender Bender." "Well you should've told me that!" "I thought it'd be more interesting if I just left it to you. I actually thought you might figure it out." Despite being annoyed that he played me like a fool, I couldn't help smiling at the fact he'd deceived me. I looked in the mirror again, running my hands through my new silky blue hair. I hated to say it, but I absolutely loved my new hair. "Well Caleb, I gotta say: I do like the results. I don't think I want to reverse it." "I see. Interesting. I think you totally should stay a girl. You look amazing." I blushed at his next text. "Well… thank you. " "You want to go to the cafe Caleb?" And when I saw his "sure", I felt more excited to see Caleb than ever before. I opened YouTube up and began to look for a tutorial on how to braid pigtails out of my hair. After all, why not go all out as a girl?
