A simple height chart of all my gemsonas... plus Steven for height comparison. (his height isn't canonly stated, but He seems about 4' something???)

Clinohumite
He/Him - 8' - Gem on left palm
Clinohumite is a generally calm gem, having no need for quarrel unless he is protecting his companion, Adularia.
He doesn't have a weapon, but can conjure and control fire much like how Lapis can control water.

Wolframite
They/Them - 7'4 - Gem on forehead
Wolframite is a anxious gem who was bred for fighting, but they do not like it... They tend to lose themselves once they start attacking, needing to be calmed by their partner, Cinnabar.
Wolframite's weapon is a double-sided sickle.

Mystic Quartz
She/Her - 6'11 - Gem on left wrist
Mystic is a very kind, motherly gem who used to be a drill sergeant (begrudgingly) back on Homeworld. She ended up being sent away to become a recon gem, but she went rogue and left Homeworld with her bodyguard and closest friend, Snowflake Obsidian.
Mystic Quartz's weapon is a large Harpe Sword- the height of the sword is approximately the same size as Rose's own.

Snowflake Obsidian
He/Him - 6'6 - Gem on center chest
Snowflake is a mute gem who is not only Mystic Quartz's best friend, but also her bodyguard. He uses projections from his gem to 'talk' and uses his paint-brush like sleeves to draw out scenes or words in the projections or on the ground to 'speak' to others.
Snowflake Obsidian's weapon is a Bo Staff with leather tassels at one end- it is his height.

Cinnabar
She/Her - 6'1 - Gem on center of belly/ bellybutton region
Cinnabar is a hyperactive gem who loves to hang around her partner, Wolframite. She tends to forget things alot, so she depends on Wolframite for support and help when need be.
Cinnabar's weapon is a magical staff that can use her own power/energy to create beams of physical light to attack, as well as mists and different light anomalies to attack with.

Black Pearl
She/Her - 5'9 - Gem on mid-chest between breasts
Black Pearl is a reserved gem who tends to have an attitude to those she doesn't know or trust. She also has quite the mouth and gets flustered very easily.... If you compliment her, she will screech and hide her face.
Black Pearl's weapon is a Spear with a moon-like curved blade at one end, and a heavy weight in the shape of a sphere on the other that she can use to bludgeon others with.

Adularia
They/Them - 4' - Gem on right palm
Adularia is a very smart, level-headed gem who has more wisdom and patience than most like to give them credit for. They appear to be a child, but they are actually much older than the gems stated already. Although, they does have the personality of a 10-year-old, which ends up being their downfall, so Clinohumite, their partner, has to keep a close eye on them.
Adularia's weapon is spiked knuckles that deliver quite the punch.
