Rudy here is a dapper young chihuahua who thinks himself a gentleman, but his snarky attitude betrays him.
Very simple character here, not a lot to say really. Tried out some thicker outlines to make him pop. He was vaguely inspired by Scrappy-Doo, another small brown dog who acts like he's bigger than he really is. Rudy just isn't as annoying about it... I hope.
