I think it looks okay. But personally I'd think it'd look better more to the side of your lip. I really don't like it when some one does it straight in the middle. And I think the ring should be one of the smaller plastic ones. They seem more stylish to me. Make it pink, red, blue, green or black.
But thats just me....
