Description
Howl is a brave knight of the Arcadian Royal Army, he inherits the power to transform into the Kamen Rider after seeing his mentor, the previous Noa, be killed in battle. His naiveté and hot head is compensated by his great heart and love for all living creatures of his world.

He transforms into Kamen Rider Noa by inserting the Noa Medal into the Ark Driver and scratching the front of it. He uses the Arklawblade as his main weapon, a claw that can transform into a blade.

His finisher is the "Animalia Break"
