Meet Rikaru, a fallen angel who is partly cyborg thanks to a cybernetic armor suit that he wears most of the time, following a brutal swordfight with Nathaniel, which he lost. Rikaru is also Nathaniel's brother. Before Rikaru became a fallen angel, he and Nathaniel fought side by side in battle during their time in heaven. However, Nathaniel began to have suspicions about a plot to end Heaven and tried to warn everyone about what would happen. Rikaru told Nathaniel to relax and said to him that it wouldn't even happen. Still, Rikaru noticed that Nathaniel was becoming more distant from everyone and tried to talk some sense into Nathaniel. However, this led to a verbal fight between the two brothers and Nathaniel's departure from Heaven. Wracked with guilt, Rikaru stayed in his home in Heaven for six months until deciding to go after his brother. Upon arriving on Earth, Rikaru searched the nearby forest and found Nathaniel, now a fallen angel, practicing sword combat by himself. Rikaru called out to Nathaniel, asking him to return to Heaven. However, Nathaniel told Rikaru to get lost, saying that he didn't want to hurt him, but also that he would not return, even if God himself begged him to, because he already knew of the conspiracy and tried to warn everyone, but got ignored. The talking soon changed into violence after Rikaru made a remark about Nathaniel being paranoid. This sent Nathaniel into a rage and the two brothers fought each other fiercely in a brutal swordfight. However, Rikaru made a critical mistake in one of his strikes and Nathaniel took full advantage, inflicting a serious and brutal blow that caused Rikaru to fall on his back, stunned and in shock from what Nathaniel did. However, it also affected Nathaniel as well, turning his rage into guilt and fear as he tried to heal his brother. Despite this, Nathaniel knew that Rikaru needed to be hidden from view and dragged him into the forest where he left a healing potion for Rikaru and apologized before leaving without saying another. Rikaru managed to drink the healing potion in time, which healed most of the wounds. However, he needed something new so that he could adapt to Earth. Fortunately, a young cyber scientist and a mechanic found him and brought him to a disclosed location where they offered him a special cybernetic armor suit that would greatly enhance his abilities and speed even further. Rikaru accepted the offer and tried on the armor. Although a little cumbersome at first, Rikaru found the suit to be a big advantage. During his time adapting to the armor, he came upon a Japanese temple and trained further. The young scientist and mechanic dubbed Rikaru as "One With The Dragon". Amazingly, Rikaru learned to let go of the past incidents during his time in Heaven and was able to forgive Nathaniel, whom he yearns to reunite with again. Until that day comes, Rikaru continues to defend the weak, innocent, and those who can't fight back.
