Lag Spike with background.

It's for 's Livestream contest.

During Jade's Livestream sometimes the stream lagged. We came up with the idea that a new pony villain causing this lagging whom name is Lag Spike. So Jade organised a contest, where we should draw Lag Spike, how we imagine him/her. This is my version of Lag Spike.

Nothing really special, for this contest I started to learn how to make "Neon" effect. After finishing Lag Spike, I wanted to try to create a "Internet" world for him, and it was a really good opportunity for try to make, and practice background. I think it doesn't turned out that bad for my first background, but of course it's not my best work.
