Description Hello friends!

I exclusively use Procreate on the ipad pro to create art as I am not a fancypants soul with photoshop. But procreate is really handy once you get the hang of the brushes!

I have imported over 1000 PS brushes into procreate and adapted them accordingly, but here are the 17 ones I use on almost every piece (for the ponies!)

In order, the title and what I use it for:
* Willow charcoal bold - Lineart! Also great for sketching. I use it at 100% opacity with a light touch for sketches and a firm touch for lineart.
* Painting brush - A painting brush that I've been using for over 4 years and have altered over time. I use it for all of my shading!
* Soft airbrush 1 - Just your standard soft airbrush. Good for color variations.
* Hard airbrush - Used mostly for drawing white markings and large color blocking where I want a solid line.
* Painting brush 2 - I use this at approx. 60% capacity for harsh shading (think about the edges of white markings on a horse!)
* Brush pen calligraphy - what I use to write words
* Hair - what I use for manes and tails and to shade them
* Clouds 1 - Procreate's cloud brush with a few minor edits from me. Great for backgrounds.
* Soft airbrush 1/scattered - The soft airbrush but scattered. Use at 40% opacity for soft dapples.
* Freckles or debris 1 - great for fleabitten, greys, dirt, etc.
* Air particles - great for light motes as a "screen" layer.
* Gouache 1 - Procreate's gouache texture brush; great for backgrounds.
* Grid - a grid brush that I use when drawing from references or making sure my horse is standing straight lol.

Feel free to use as you desire! Also amazing brushes are Ackerley's dappling brushesHorse marking brushes from AMillionLights , and literally everything Tamberella creates . Procreate recently had a major brush file update and now you can directly import .abr files into the app (aka photoshop brush files).

Happy sketching!
