Young Nyra Dusk Cryoheart can finally read, at last! I'm proud of her but this takes place sometime in the summer after Orion and his siblings start their break.

Yet again I present my loving protecter and my sweetheart GlacialGuardianBlake another next generation gift because why not <33

One night, it was clear past her bedtime but she wanted to see if her mother would be able to spend time with her.

So without waking her siblings up, she tiptoed down the stairs of the Cryoheart Mansion to see that her mother was in the kitchen for some odd reason. The shy but little Nyra spoke out in her calm but curious voice: "Mama.. Are you alright??"

I jumped at the sight of her and tiredly looked at her with a disturbed look then I finally spoke up. "Nyra, sweetpea.. Why aren't you in bed. You know it is way past bedtime right?"

Nyra nodded but responded with the following words: "I know Ma' but I just wanted to know if.. If.." Nyra felt scared to the point of her starting to shed tears of fright.

I noticed that she started to cry and spoke up: "Nyra.." She looked at me with the "please listen to me mama.." look. Then I finally understood what she was trying to say. "Nyra.. you want to spend some time with me.. is that what you want?" I spoke softly while Nyra nodded.

Then Me and Nyra spent thirty minutes to a hour together and then the moment came.. Nyra had been waiting to ask her mother if she would be able to read to her. "Mama.." Nyra spoke up in a soft tone then continued with " If it is okay with you am I able to read a book to you?"

I nodded softly and I allowed her to read to me.. The ending of the book made me sleepy. So after I fell asleep, I hear Nyra say to me in a soft voice "Good night Mama.. I love you and I hope I can do the same thing with dad too.."
