.Drew this couple or so months ago, and was taking the damn longest time to find the most suitable adjustments from a scanned page into PS.

Anyway, this dude is the same as I drew further back, and is an important figure to someone in INCUBUS #4.
.
Also, the guys features are based on a character I made up back in my high school days, named Tobias. If you've ever seen my TOBIAS comic in the out-of-print 'Mangaphile' comic anthologies from Radio Comix, then you'll know who I mean.
Actually, TOBIAS is the guy in my DA avatar. X3
