Great picture of Fairchild. She was my favourite Gen13 character. I wasn't very when Wildstorm was bought by DC. I liked the Wildstorm Universe. Did I say great picture of Fairchild? Β

When she was created by 'Darkhorse' (I think) she was amazing, a great character with a lot of potential.

To be honest, I think that they disliked how much of their already flagging superhero market share comics like Image and Wildstorm took away from them.Β It wasn't like Gen 13 had THAT large of a following, but with the New 52 underperforming as badly as it did compared to what they appear to have wanted, claiming titles that could further undercut their share was probably more of a defensive move than anything.
...which is unfortunate, as I'd want to see more of her.
