I created Yukiko's hero outfit! And I think it's kind of cool tbh-

Her hero data

Hero Name: Tempest
Name Origin: "Tempest" comes from the latin word for "storm" or "weather", "tempestas" or "tempestatis". She picked the name because her quirk can influence the temperature (in some cases even the weather) around her.
Costume: (as seen in the image) A black coat, reminiscent of a military uniform, with copper-coloured decorations. Below, dark gray pants and dark grey leather cloves, to protect her hands from the cold air she breathes out. Her hat is also reminiscent of a military uniform's. She has black leather boots, that have a metallic apparatus attached to them. The ring around her ankles, she can manually control with a remote that she hides below the folded part of her right sleeve. It can absorb air, heat it up and the store it in the soles, out of which she can also manually release it again. It doesn't only keep her feet warm, but also enables her to melt ice (in case she freezes anything) to have a safe spot to stand on if she releases only a little bit, or she can boost her jumping immensely if she releases bigger amounts at once. The container she carries on her back (which is attached to her belt) contains the gases she needs to inhale for her asthma. Generally, her outfit is a lot warmer than it looks and the warm colours represent this, rather than her quirk.

Quirk: Vortex Breath
Description: The ability to exhale and inhale with superhuman power. The exhaled wind can reach degrees below freezing point, causing the surrounding area to become extremely cold, even in the hottest summer. Not only that, but it also has incredible force, granting her the ability to create strong winds, more reminiscent of storms. In combination with a quirk that creates hot air, she would be able to form a tornadoe.
Strengths: It can be used practically anywhere where she can breathe, without its power being influenced.
Weaknesses: Her asthma is a huge drawback. / She can be influenced by the power of her wind, too. This is why she needs the support items (so that she doesn't fly off as well) / A strong enough counter-force can neutralise either the wind or the cold completely. (One of Deku's punches when he was still attacking with full power would do exactly that.)

A move named after her mother's hero name, which enables her to freeze anything freezable around her with minimal force.
Misty Kaze Punch
A move named after her father's hero name, which she uses by forming a circle around her mouth and blowing out wind with greater force. Her fingers "mold" the wind she blows into a thin, but very strong beam of air that would have the same effect as a very, very strong punch. (It works only on solid objects or people) This attack only works for a few seconds before it weakens.
Push
A strong wind that isn't quite powerful enough to harm anyone, but is very effective in pushing people away from her.
