As promised, here begins my series of tutorials explaining how I make the vector things I make! This is a large file, so I suggest downloading it so it's easy to view.

This first tutorial goes over the pen tool and how to use it in Illustrator. The good thing about this tool is that once you know it in Illustrator, you'll know it (more or less) in Photoshop. It's a hard one for sure, but with practice, you'll get it.

All this information is relevant for Illustrator versions CS-CS6, I believe.
