Fire Punch: By clenching a fist tightly and focusing on the feeling of heat in his hands, Monty is able to light them on fire with relative ease. This is his go to attack for defending himself, and can be used to start a camp fire in a pinch. (This fire matches in color to the fire on his tail)

Gunk Shot: Monty’s least favorite attack. Somewhere along the line he discovered that if he focused just right, a slightly acidic poison would pool in his mouth. While harmless to him, it can be quite toxic to whomever he fires it at.

Focus Punch: With tremendous concentration, Monty can focus all of his energy into a singular powerful punch. His strongest attack, but also the most taxing.

Protect: In a similar fashion to Focus Punch, Monty can direct this same energy into his forearms. By crossing them in front of his body in an “X” formation, Monty is able to absorb extremely heavy blows. However, this must be used sparingly or Monty will not have enough strength to retaliate with his own attacks.

Personality:

Monty is an extremely passionate Pokémon. With a confident aura and a usual smile to match it, Monty tends to try to get along with others for the most part. However, if wronged in any way, Monty is quick to anger, and slow to forgive.

Additional information: Monty prefers the company of bug type pokemon! He’s never seen without his companion, Plasma, by his side (or on his shoulder more specifically)

He automatically distrusts ice types due to the detrimental impact they can have on a bug types health.

History:

Monty didn’t have the best upbringing there ever was. His family was never well off and he constantly found himself ostracized from his peers. During this time he met Plasma, who was having his own set of issues being overlooked and put into danger by his size. The two bonded and Monty became more aware of the unfair treatment that smaller types of Pokémon receive, especially bug types. Believing arrogance is the root of this injustice, Monty refuses to associate with the rich or narcissistic. These beliefs led him to foregoing other guilds in favor of the Outcasts, where he prefers the more “family” like atmosphere.
