Description
The fabled Inverse Temple had long been told to guard a forbidden treasure.
When young adventurers Elowyn and Jaen had chanced upon a map that showed its location, they jumped at the opportunity to recover the untold relic and make their mark!

They had found the Inverse Temple and spent weeks working into its depths, avoiding the many traps and navigating the maze-like structure.
Towards the end of one particularly grueling day, Jaen had retired back to the surface but Elowyn was eager to keep working - she could feel that they were close!

When she'd finally broken into the final chamber, she was surprised to only find a single faintly glowing orb at the center of the cavernous room.
As she moved closer though, it suddenly sprung to life- lighting the room in a red, inescapable glow!

The glow of the orb penetrated deep into Elowyn's being and she suddenly felt weak and dropped to her hands and knees.
As she stared at the object, unable to look away, she felt something deep within her begin to rush up to the surface.
Then, Elowyn cried out as a glowing green flame was pulled from her gaping mouth. Her soul was being forcibly torn from her body!

As the goodness and purity was pulled forcefully from her, she could feel herself changing.
Her eyes glowed the same red as the orb as her hair turned jet black. Elowyn's nimble figure was distorted and twisted into a visage of infernal beauty.
As her soul left her, she felt a great empty hunger build inside. Thoughts of malice, cruelty and subjagation replaced her free adventurous spirit.

A part of Elowyn tried to fight back against what she was becoming, but how could she deny this dark power that pulsed through her...
