His hair is made of a specialised form of keratin that secrets enzymes that bind proteins

So essentially he can use strands of his own hair as dissolvable stitches, but he can also apply any living organic limb or organ to himself and it will function as needed

but this frankenstein and chimera-esque POTENTIAL is upsetting to him as he already tried it as a younger person and it disfigured him

He can potentially be transhumanistically improved indefinitely, and can be used as a transportation vessel for any organic matter, organ or limb for transplantation

since if he sew an appendage to himself, it would fully connect and gain access to blood, oxygen and nerve endings

Though I bet this produces the problem of overexhaustion of his own internal resources- his brain can only cope with so much nerve feedback, his heart can only pump so much to keep up blood pressure, and he only has so much blood, and he only can breathe so much to fulfill his bodies total oxygen need

He's collaborated with scientists to form papers and safety and risk assessments for his own application in the hero business, since the less fortunate earlier experimentation with his Quirk.

I imagine he provides key medical emergency response to victims of natural disasters or assault and can transport living tissue to victims that are hard to reach for other forms of transportation.

He's quite quiet, reserved and shy. He can only listen to so much praise without becoming flustered
