Don't watch Harry Potter and then Cirque Du Soleil - it spawns stuff like this. Can you tell I got lazy with the blue guy? One day, I'm going to unearth this and touch it up a bit, but for now that's as finished as it's going to get. Done with gouache in my brand new gouache pad thing.Related content

Hahah I love this! To me, it looks more like Cirque costumes on the overly-exaggerated characters in "Les Triplets de Bellville" (aka. "Bellville-Rendezvous"). Very cool. I like the effortless gaze of the red guy and the big nose of the blue guy, plus the spider-like legs!

Seriously, though, this really caught my attention as a thumbnail. The colors and poses, the negative space, the whimsical attire... It's really a facinating peice. My only nitpick is with the blue fellow's pants, as they need a little more shading.

i like the style, and the strangeness of it is somehow appealing... even though they sorta remind me of clowns/mimes in some sort of way and both of those scare the sheeeeeet outta me

Have no idea what this is... but great artwork. Nice composition, and I like how the negative space divides the ground.
