I really don't do this very often, but I felt like doing some Archie comics fanart this night, especially since earlier today, I bought the Sonic Archie comics issue number 138. The storyline and themes are very different from the SegaSonic universe, but it's somehow nicely done.And I got hooked on Lara-Su's character design. She's 1000 times better than Julie-Su.
I know I do mostly poses, but as CPC said, I should do more action scenes, and I think he's right. I'm just too lazy...
But once I get my graphical tablet, I'll do better stuff!
Oh, and in case you're wondering, I got my scanner back up and working!

oh, j'ai dΓ©jΓ entendu parler de cette jolie Γ©chidnΓ©e, et pourtant je ne la connais pas franchement. Pas du tout, mΓͺme. Mais c'est pour dire, que ce dessin est tout simplement superbe, on sent la fidΓ©litΓ© du personnage par rapport aux comics.

Beautiful pic. I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess that she's Knuckles' and Julie-Su's daughter. I get that from her coloring. Red fur, and violet eyes like her dad, and with Julie-Su's color of hair.

Every once in a while, Archie Comics creates an interesting character... Julie-Su being IMO a character with a bad design and Lara-Su being one with a good design.

And you're so right. I really like Julie-Su as a character, but she COULD use a bit of a redesign, IMHO. Sonic is about the best comic ssseries that Archie has had since the ninnies dropped the Turtles some years ago. DUMBEST thing that they EVER did, IMHO.
Btw, good to see that you've been doing some stuff. Did you ever get your comp's virus problem fixed? I've missed your great art lately. LOL I think I'm starting to go through "Tigerfog art withdrawal".
