Description
My design for an Assassin's Creed 3 assassin. This is what I think he'd look like..if it were to be set in Feudal Era Japan.I can't think up a name for him yet, since I'm not familiar with the naming system.
But Ezio and Altair's names both have to do with flight/flying, so so would his.
This is just a preliminary design.
May change it up later etc.
Not exactly historically/culturally accurate in design, but it looks good.
Edit: Of course, the next game will be a sequel to the last one, Ezio again, oh well...this was a fun possibility anyway.. I may design a modern day Desmond Miles assassin...

I wouldn't listen to rumors, guys. I'd say just slow your horse and let Revelations end Ezio's story and take that roller coaster ride until they decide to tell us more about AC3. They did say they have already started working on AC3. None the less, awesome. Me and my friend gave each other a challange of the samething you drew but in Edo Period Japan. Its more logical.

Hmm. . . I like the design a lot, but I doubt AC3 will be set in Japan.
If they do set an AC in Japan, they would have to break from Desmond's line. Otherwise, the implications could get nasty.
By the way, how about Shirotsubasa? It means "white wing."

If they're keeping with the ancient themes they've got going on such as the Crusades in AC1 and the Reniassance in AC2, they may very well do something like this in AC3.
Or they might do it in China...I know one of those statues in AC2 had a Chinese Assassin in the Order, so it may be asian based. I can't really think of much else, and seeing how Leonardo da Vinci was a famous inventor during AC2 they may do China since China came up with the more important inventions: Paper, Gunpowder, the Compass, and Printmaking, all of which were important in the other AC's such as writing in books and maps, the gunpowder used for Ezio's hidden gun, and Print...well come on.
With that in mind, that just makes it even more likely. But who really knows? I think Ubisoft would be foolish not knowing how epic and immersive it would be to do an asian one, that is unless anything else ended up being so good it could cure cancer. Then again looking at AC1, I had no interest in the Crusades until that game.

I actually thought about this since the first game. I think they might go this way but if it really is the end of the saga they might use the egypt concept that popped up awhile ago. Nice job. How I though he would look.

Oh I'm sure it'll continue after Brotherhood as there's no way they'll be able to wrap up the whole story just yet.

"Washi" is the word for eagle, which would be following the set trend from Altair to Ezio... or you could go with something else, such as "taka" meaning falcon or hawk, depending on which kanji you use... Or there's "fukurou" (long 'o' at the end) for owl, if he excels in stealth or silent assassination. Really, you could go with the name of almost any type of bird, whichever suits your preference. Also, "hikou" (long 'o' at the end) means flight (as in flying, like a bird), as does "furaito" (which is the word the Japanese adopted from English).
If you wanted him to be named (insert name of bird here)-child, you'd add the suffix "-ko" to the end of whichever bird name you chose. For example, "Washiko" would be "Eagle-child," just as "Akiko" is "Autumn-child".
I'm going from my dictionary, here, and my grammar's a little rusty, but I think that's pretty accurate. If you have any questions or comments, feel free to ask.
On to the picture: I like your design for him, especially the detail you've put into his sash and armor. You stayed true to Feudal Japan style whilst working it into the traditional Assassin colors and patterns. Nicely done, and I like your art style, here, too.

Thanks! Even though I'm a girl, I must say that I could not stand having a female assassin as the main character, that would ruin the series for me, not that women characters aren't interesting, but just not for this set of games, and not for this character type.
