Description
My design for an Assassin's Creed 3 assassin. This is what I think he'd look like..if it were to be set in Feudal Era Japan.I can't think up a name for him yet, since I'm not familiar with the naming system.
But Ezio and Altair's names both have to do with flight/flying, so so would his.
This is just a preliminary design.
May change it up later etc.
Not exactly historically/culturally accurate in design, but it looks good.
Edit: Of course, the next game will be a sequel to the last one, Ezio again, oh well...this was a fun possibility anyway.. I may design a modern day Desmond Miles assassin...

cool design of a costume for assassin's creed but its unlikey that ac will take place in japan with desmond miles ( maybe with another character )and the female assassin in the ww2 setting not going to happen because it was just someone misquoting someone from ubisoft which led to rumor getting started

Hmmm true, the only reason why it wouldn't take place in Japan because the japanese never came into contact with the Templars/christianity, during that era, unless they make up a bunch of history for that, which they wouldn't do. So the medieval europe setting might be a plausible setting in the animus, that mixed with the modern day setting taking place simultaneously, with Desmond as a trained assassin.

Yeah, I know eh? I was pondering that one. XD. They're considering either introducing a female assassin, during the World War II era, or working an assassin in the Japanese Feudal Era. Personally I'm not too keen on WWII. Soo as you can see I'm all for the Japanese setting XD.

Another rumor is that it'll take place in Midieval Europe, or in the present day even.
But now that I think about it, Japan wouldn't really make sense at all, since it doesn't relate much to Christianity and the templars..But it would be a cool idea nonethless.

Yeah it does actually. In the years of 1500-1800, Europeans wee huge with Japan. Whether it would be conversion to chritianity, conquest, trad, or anything. Guns were also a huge introduction to Japan by Europeans, so that solves the gun issue. Another thing is that there were a group of ninja known as the Ten Sanada Braves, considered legendary among all assassins. And don't worry about the ninja thing. Every one of the assassins in the games are ninja. Ninja means assassin in Japanese.

Adding all of this onto what can be found in the games, such as the first Truth being in the location of Mt. Fuji, European travel to Japan, large production of assassinations at the time, guns a huge part of Japan at the time, popular subject to gamers/historians, etc etc etc. These are only some of the reasons Japan is rumored to be in the next game, but WWII has died down, so you must be reading older information. Not to mention, Ubisoft announced it was not going to be based in WWII after releasing AC Brotherhood. Plus it woldn't make sense to add WWII, or the West into the game. Desmond already learned how to use one of the first rifles, which had to be the most complicated of all guns, so newer guns would be a piece of cake.

I ahve a feeling that the next ac would be set in the wild west so Desmond could learn to use a gun.

Since both Altair and Ezio have the theme name of Eagle my guess would be that a Japanese ancestor would most likely be named something like "Washimaru" ("Washi" meaning "eagle" and "maru" being a common way to end boy's names)
