The American version of DMC3 has its difficulty set to the Japanese version's HARDEST difficulty. They remade it as the HD version with the difficulty lowered.

...I meant our lives. Lucifer is the one with the exploding spikes, detonated by a thrown rose. I would be afraid of what she'd make after seeing that. Crescent Rose would probably get a LOT more firepower...
