Out of curiosity, I downloaded this and tried handbrake on it. Turns out that handbrake dosn't like Gifs. It's a shame, but handbrake does convert most video formats. If you had the program that created this save it as an uncompressed video, you could use handbrake to compress it.

That's what I do, at any rate.

On a side note, I tried Flash, which does convert Gifs, and managed to compress it into an 6.4 Mb .swf file with only a small loss of quality.

same result here, handbrake is a great tool but gif is not supported.
I tried Super, but somehow the result is a black video... not that what I want

Which software did you use to convert it into a flash animation?

I used the program called 'Flash 8.' It was the last version by Macromedia before Adobe bought them out. Sadly, Flash ain't cheap. Your best bet may be to render it again, use Handbrake to convert it to Mp4. I don't know what options DA has with Mp4 files, though.
