Depicted here is Celestia's fastest ship, the Daybreak.
This is a few years after the Storm King's invasion force, and of course, Canterlot was happy to adapt some of the technologies... Even though this is in Chapter 12 of The Amulet of Shades, it doesn't really spoil much, so, eh... >.<
