I stumbled across some graphic markers at the shop, so I thought I'd give them a try.
I'm still working them out, but I gotta say I love how much more vibrant they are than coloured pencils. I find them easier to control than watercolour, too.

Although I did use a bit of coloured pencil in these tests to add some extra detail and texture to things like the hair. Which I think is pretty cool.
