alright so my friend finally convinced me to make a fantroll. im not the biggest fan of them because i just... never really liked/understood them but she really wanted me to so i did. i dabbled in creating troll ocs before, but none of them got past basic sketch stage. only two of those that i sketched out and named were rped and that was very short lived, so maybe ill try with this one??? alright, well let me tell you about her. (note this is my first fantroll i have actually reall put at least a little bit of thought into other than pulling it out of my arse, so if you could tell me what to do better and what i should take out, thatd be greatly appreciated.)

pettis is based off of a both a bull deer and a white-tailed deer (which are around my house often so i know how they generally act). she's a bronze blooded troll who lives in a nonsuburban, rural part of alternia. her interests include: exploring, comics, flarping and other immersible (is that the right word????) videogames, and astrology since she can see the stars well from where she lives and theyve interested her since she was small. she is an introvert but not afraid being around other trolls, it just leaves her exhausted and shes quite a bit uncomfortable around strangers. shes generally alright and pretty nice (or as nice as you CAN be in a cut-throat murderous culture) but extremely passive aggressive. she has a short temper (as do a lot of trolls in the society) and tends to amp up the passive aggressiveness and sarcasm when she becomes pissed to try and keep it under control. though when shes fed up with bull shit or she just cant handle it, she is a raging storm and a small 4'9 bundle of pure fury and youd better get out of her way. though most of the time she just resorts to being an all around dick and sometimes brings up sore subjects. but like i said, other times, shes pretty alright, not amazingly kind, but not an outright dicky asshole either. (the next few bits come from the headcanon that trolls tend to pick up traits from their lusi as they are raised by them). like a deer, when in large groups of trolls that she doesnt know very well or doesnt have solid relationships with (and lage groups meaning about 7-8 other trolls or more), she is uncomfortable, fidgety, and flighty. these traits grow more prominent the longer she is in said group. though, when she is within her small 'herd' of friends that she is comfortable with, shes laid back and relaxed. (note, she generally has an even shorter temper when in the large group of strangers than when shes with her friends. but instead of exploding in rage, she is able to hide it pretty well until she is out of the group and able to let go). she speaks more with her body language than with words most of the time.

(her handle is not of my own, my friend came up with it because of her seeming like a small troll who isnt capable of hurting another, but if you get on the wrong foot, she completely is. and she i will rip you limb from limb)

name: pettis (i have yet to come up with a last name. and i am reusing a name i had for one of my older fantrolls because im a little shit with no imagination.)

typing style: she types in all lowercase generally, using commas and apostrophes. she never uses periods, and only sometimes uses other punctuation. when she does, its generally when shes excited, confused, or upset; and she generally types more than one (!!!!, ???). when excited, mad, or trying to drive a point, she capitalizes some words (usually at the end of the sentences or in the middle, sometimes all), all words, or key words respectively. she replaces capital o's with ◠ to represent deers jumping over things (or just the way they run, really. have you seen them, theyre like freaking ballerinas.) and replaces lowercase o's with ◡, again, resembling something a deer would jump over. she also calls close friends and trolls in her quadrants 'deer' (y'know, a pun on dear because im stupid and not creative. im green).
sign: lately i have been studying demonology (no i do not worship satan and summon demons, stop thinking that right now) because a friend of mine mentioned how there are many different demons and entities that correspond with different elements or aspects. so i used the sigil (sign) for the entity 'bartzabel' who is the ruler/protector of great storms and summoner of rainstorms and winds. i chose this because it represents her quite well, i think. rainstorms can start out very mellow, and may even stay that way the whole time, but at any point (due to a trigger in atmosphere) they can change into great and powerful storms, racking up thunder and causing fires etc.

(also i love how i drew her hair, just.. it reminds me of a cloud and it looks so soft and i just wanna play with it.)
