Hey I really love your costume it's very cool! I am currently working on an Optimus Prime suit myself also making it out of cardboard. I have been working on a Davey Jones costume as well and posted a few pics of the right hand sculpture. I'd love for you to check it out and let me know what you think.

your hand looks good I'll admit that my davey didnt have all the detail Im mostly a armor kinda guy. did make my claw though, are you going to mold the hand in latex that would be cool, also after my optimus I realized even though cardboard is an easy thing to do Im eventually going to redo the whole thing and mold all the parts out of plastic and do some redesign that way the suit will last longer
