"Ryu ga waga teki wo kurau!" I finished this a while back, so I decided to upload it. Night Cap, one of my favorite Plant Heroes. I like how the dragon turned out, but a black scarf is basically impossible to draw. Why does Night Cap seem so heartbroken though? Scan version.
