Description This is a commissioned piece (posted with permission) of Galya, a Felaryan giant fire naga, done by the very talented *arseniquez . I cannot say enough good things about how smooth and professional he was during our many notes back and forth. If you haven't already done so, I highly recommend visiting *arseniquez 's gallery - he has submitted some amazing art. I also would not hesitate to recommend him for commissioning work, if you are considering it.

In this particular image, someone has managed to incur Galya's wrath and she is just about to show them why it is not a good idea to anger a giant fire naga at the height of her power. She lives with a clan of nekos at the base of a large, black mountain. All the nekos of the Black Mountain Tribe are highly proficient with elemental magic, and Galya has received the full benefit of training with them.

Galya's top scales display a color trait reminiscent of opalescence, which means they appear to change color from flame red-orange to dark blue, depending on the angle of light. In Galya's case, heat also plays a factor in this play of color.

Everything else is my fault.

I've written two stories thus far involving Galya: In the Belly of the Beast (two parts) and Galya's Portal Problems (three parts). Be aware, both stories involve vore, so if you do not like such things, please do not read.

Additionally, *FrenchSnack has written a very good story with Galya in it: Story 66 - part 2 (two parts)

Some basic information regarding Galya: She is just over three hundred feet in length, standing ninety feet from head to ground if she raises her human portion up to its full height (which happens rarely). She is a constrictor naga, and thus has no venom. She does have a naga's typical sharp fangs, though they are notably smaller than average. Due in part to her elemental nature, she is highly resistant, if not outright immune to most forms of poison. She is quite young, and still growing, yet is already considered by the Black Mountain tribe as a master of fire magic. She is somewhat proficient with illusion magic, and is even capable of using healing magic, although doing so drains her of energy quickly. While loathe to do so because of the disorienting effects, she can shift her eyesight in order to visualize magic fields.

One note regarding Galya's clothing and jewelry: In the above stories, Galya is not wearing any jewelry or even a top. Like most nagas in Felarya (and indeed, most predators) she had no need or desire to cover herself. Due to the events of Galya's Portal Problems, however, she encountered other creatures from Felarya that had been taken off-world and returned. These creatures wore clothing and adorned themselves with jewelry. The novelty of this struck her fancy and so she decided to emulate them. Galya's clothing and jewelry required a great deal of effort to craft and even more to magically protect from the fire she constantly uses, but she seems happy with the result.

I'll make sure its Naomi who does the telling. Escaping is her speciality
